I create a form in which I used some html language to add to paypal field (quantity and other property in paypal field) (I successfully add pink color and bold format to the text in paypal field, I save and view it several times, and everything seems okay until I embed it in my blogger. When I opened it in blogger I saw exact form that I have changed format (applied format codes in html), but when I open it the second time, I didn't saw that form any longer, it had disappear in blogger and in My form (jotform).
I don't know what happens to it.
Had jotform delete it for some reasons?

I dont see any issues with your account.
It is possible however, that you have created the form under a different/guest account. Do you have a link to where the form was before it 'dissappeared' ?

In meantime you remove this form and try to embed this form again on the blogger account using the steps on our user guide given in this link; http://jotform.com/help/14-Adding-Form-to-Blogger
I also have links for of previously answered question on this forum about the same issue, check the links too for further guides; http://www.jotform.com/answers/18087-wordpress-integration
Lets know if this works, thanks for choosing Jotform!

That was my problem when using internet browser which I set to remember my account on jotform.
My experience is that even setting browser to remember jotform account, users should sign out and sign in again at the beginning of the day when they open jotform on their browser. (I experience this twice for yesterday and today morning: I actually saw my account with all forms on my jotform website when I open it (without signing in) => this made me think that I was already in my account in jotform (if I were not in my account, how can I see my forms), but a bit latter when I embed code for form that I just create or adding adjustment to other website (google blogger), it still turn to exact form that I just created, but after one click on blogger to refresh the page, google blogger automatically return to the old form, then I come back to check what had happened to my form on jotform, I reallise that I had not yet signed in.
