Stripe: Ability to set custom error message on payment error

Hi,

I'm testing a form integrated with stripe and braintree.

I'd like to edit the error message the user get when a card is declined (i attach a screenshot).

How can i do it?

I'm afraid that the error message received upon declined card is not customizable at the moment. We can only customize error messages that are displayed directly on the form, before the user Submits the form:

I will forward a feature request in your name for the ability to customize the transaction errors as well, but we can't give you any estimates regarding whether the feature will be accepted, or when it might be implemented. Regardless, we will let you know through this thread if there is any progress on that front, or when it becomes available.

Until such time time that this becomes customizable, I'm afraid the error messages will have to remain as they are. Thank you.
