How to change the link to Terms and Conditions on my form?

I'm trying to create a terms & conditions field that shows only part of the terms and they can click on link to view the entire terms. I'm getting an error message when I try and click on the link that says Example Link... I will attach screen shot.

It looks like that the link to the Terms and conditions is not changed in the widget. You may change the link to your Terms and Conditions from the widget. Please see the screencast below that can help you with this.
