My widgets are not working.

I have inspected your form and you have few widgets: Form calculation widget, Dynamic Textbox widget, signature widget and preview before submit widget. 

I have tested your form and they are all working fine on my end. 

Which widget is not working on your end? Maybe it was temporary issue. Please test your form again. You can also try with different browser. If the issue still persist on your end, let us know. Also if possible provide us a screenshot of your issue.
