Ipad compatability

I've attempted to create several forms today from a Blank Template and the prompts to add text freezes. I tried both Safari and Firefox and both freezes the screen.  Any ideas?

I apologies for the inconvenience. Jotform is compatible with smartphones and iPads.  I just checked, and it is working properly at my end. Can you please send us the URL of specific Form in which you are facing difficulty. And if possible please send us the screenshot of the issue which you are facing.
