I presume that problem you are getting is that you are getting duplicate submissions? Is that correct? May we know if the form is embedded on a website? If it is, could you please provide us the website link? You might need to re-embed the form using the iFrame embed code to avoid script conflict that might be causing the duplicate submissions.

Have you tried adding a captcha on your form? Here's a guide that you can refer to: https://www.jotform.com/help/205-How-to-add-a-CAPTCHA-field. That should also help preventing the form to submit mistakenly.
