Why am I not receiving email notifications?

    Previously when a client submitted a form it would automatically e-mail to me.  That has not happened for my last at least 6 submissions resulting in me almost missing a meeting because I hadn't written it down once the e-mail arrived.

    I have gone to my submissions section and tried forwarding the submissions to my e-mail but it's been hours and they aren't arriving.

    Emails from other people are arriving and sending, but not jotform.

    This is an important feature to me, is there any explanation as to why this is happening?

    Your email address was in our bounce list for the following reason:

    Reason(s) : 554 5.7.0 [internal] sending account is NOT active

    I have removed it from our bounce list and you should be able to receive email alerts.
    Please take a look at the following guide on how to set up email alerts to prevent issues related to email bouncing.

    You can also check and remove your email address from our bounce list yourself.
