    Radio Buttons and Check Boxes are being by-passed when filling the form using the "Tab" keyboard key.

    Our last question is about The General Liability Form. On page 3 when both check boxes are marked, and when you fill out the form by tabbing down, for some reason the form does not tab down to "the fatality" radio button question. Please let us know why this might be the case?

    This looks to be caused by the buttons and checkboxes being used in your form.  When the use the designer to change back to regular checkbox and radio buttons instead of CSS3 ones, browsers are then able to properly target those fields:

    While editing your form, click on the designer tab.  From the designer, click on a radio button or checkbox to open the options.  Change to regular radio and checkbox buttons and tabbing should work properly once again.
