I just paid and now I need to upgrade, but only should need to pay the difference due... how do we make that happen as fast as possible?

Your account is currently over limit for file storage. You do not need to upgrade, only to delete some older submissions.
To clear your Upload storage space you need delete the submissions with uploads on Submission page of your account.
Please take note: Deleted submissions are permanently deleted and can no longer be restored.
I would suggest you to first download your files to your computer and then to delete them.
If you would like to upgrade to Bronze rather than clearing out older submissions, we can cancel and refund your current Storage subscription.
