I would like to save the completed form on my desktopAsked by ccargnoni on July 06, 2016 at 04:09 PM
I would like to save the completed form on my desktop and then use it as an attachment to email to a client. How do I do that?
This is a re-post of a comment on How to Save a Form
You can create PDF report of your form submissions and send your clients. This way they will be able to see submitted data from your form. However they will not be able to edit it. Inside of this guide you can find how to download form submission as PDF:
However if you want to allow your clients to fill and submit your form, then I would suggest you to send them a link of your form. To get link of your form, inside of Form Builder click on Publish option and copy the link of your form.
You can also create Fillable PDF form of your online form. You can then populate it, save it and send populated Fillable PDF form to your clients. More about Fillable PDF forms you can find inside of this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/312-Fillable-PDF-Everything-you-need-to-know-about-JotForm-Fillable-PDF-Creator
I also saw that you posted similar question on this thread http://www.jotform.com/answers/876890
As my colleague mentioned on that thread you can download full source code of your form.
If I did not understood your question correctly, please explain in more details what you are trying to achieve.
Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
