cannot view submissions?

i'm trying to view the submissions for my forms and when i click on the form and select "view submissions" it just brings me to blank white page. (see attached pdf that shows screenshots of the blank pages i'm seeing for each of my forms) help?

We had a brief issue with our main datacenter and switched to the back up. Everything should currently be back online or will be very shortly.

I am not having a problem with things being off line.  My problem is that the count of submissions doesn't match the number of submissions received.  Am I missing a registration?  That would be catastrophic for this event as the order in which entries are received in jotform/paypal is the order of entry into our event.
