    I'm not getting my messages, please check whats going on with my form.

    Your recipient email is not in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List 

    Our mail logs shows good delivery:

    Please check your spam folder. In addition to this, you may white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender:
