Is there anyway I can retrieve one of my Jotforms?

    After I completed and submitted one of my JotForms, the page suddenly went into an "Oops" stage and It disappeared. Do you know if there's anyway to retrieve the form? There is no way for me to access the form anymore, even through the Identifier page.

    I test submitted your form https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/52605127918962 but I could not reproduce the same error.

    I was able to see the redirection to the new form.
