I do not receive an email notifications to the email I used to register

I checked the recipients of your notification and the emails seem to have been sent successfully. You can also check this on your account by following this guide: How to View All Your Form Email History. However I did notice that there are no logs in the email you used to register.
Can you please try creating separate notifications for each of the email recipients? That way, you will have two notifications for the two email recipients. If you are still unable to receive the email, please let us know.
