    Dear Jonathan,
    Thanks for your help.
And, I have another problem. Recently, I received a message about the “from is currently unavailable” by Jofrom.

Here is one of forms I created and embedded on the website:
    http://www.ic.shss.ust.hk/?p=8500
Other forms have this same problem. My account is “IC_Hong_Kong”.
Can you help me to check it.
    Thanks with regards,
    Nicole

We had an issue earlier that caused some forms to display the "This form is currently unavailable." error. I would like to inform you that this issue has been resolved so your forms should work fine now.

One way to make sure the form runs stable is to embed the form to your page using the iFrame embed code. Although I see that your form is already embedded using the iFrame code so you shouldn't experience any issues in the future.

Do you mean you want to backup the submissions? If yes, you can do so by exporting the submissions with the help of this guide: New Feature: Export Your Data for All of Your Forms with the New Data Export Tool.
