Someone tried to use one of my forms and got a "certificate error." I wasn't able to duplicate that problem on my computer. Sorry, I don't have more details for you, but assume the problem occurred when the form first came up.

Appreciate your help/suggestions to make sure this doesn't occur for others.

    Thanks

    Hello

Ask your users to try using  https://secure.jotform.com/  and causing this problems, try the alternative: https://www.jotform.com/ which has the same level of security and let us know if you still experience any issues.

Also may we know which browser they are using and if possible you can share the form's URL to check on it.

Lets us know if it worked, thanks for using Jotform!

    Hello Kathy,

May I just add to that, does the form need to be make use of a secure URL?

If you need to use SSL, I would also change your embed code from:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://secure.jotform.us/jsform/20805547802149"></script>

    to

    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://secure.jotformpro.com/jsform/20805547802149"></script>
