Are you referring to a subscription your customers would pay you for on your form? Or?
I checked your form but I do not see a payment integration for collecting subscription payments.

Hello, during the validation of the form I does not receive systematically the e-mail.

You have one notification email in the form and you have it to send an email only when the "CLIENT" dropdown is filled.
You have 9 of this setting so only 9 options. You have 35 options in the dropdown. Meaning, if the dropdown is not equal to the options in your condition, the form won't send you an email.
If you would like to receive a regular email regardless of the dropdown condition, you may consider creating a new notifier. Here's how: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications.
