My form has been disabled. I was unaware that I was using SSL and not a normal http address. I have changed that today, but it still seems that I'm not able to recieve any form inputs. Can you please assist me in understanding how I can allow my account to recieve submissions again? I am loosing potential signups even as we speak. Am I required to pay even to get normal http submissions?

You have overused your quota, you have 11 SSL submissions against the allocated 10 SSL. You need to upgrade your account to PREMIUM to enjoy more allocations.
To get regular submissions, make sure that you use http instead of https in your form links. In your registration page, the form is linked as https.
Also, when generating your form's embed codes, always make sure that the secure form checkbox is cleared
