Could you please provide us more information? Are you completing a JotForm form and you can't submit it? I checked your email address but I can't find a JotForm account registered on it. If you are not the owner of the form and simply a user, please contact the owner of the form and report the error. It might be related on how they have setup the form.
If you are the owner of the form, please provide us the link of the form you are trying to complete.

Thank you for your email, and my apologies for not realising my mistake.
I was trying to register for ‘My5.tv’, and was getting the message that my form was incomplete. Hence my on line question - ‘can’t fill out form’. I then found somebody who was having exactly the same trouble, but obviously not on the ‘My5.tv’ site, but on ‘JotForm’.
Like many companies, they don’t provide any contact details, and I was getting a bit fraught!

No worries, you can always contact us if it is related to JotForm forms. However, in this case, we cannot troubleshoot or fix it as it is more related on how the owner of the form has setup the form.
