Submit button not working from our website

    Good morning reader,

     

    When filing out our form on jotform.com the form will submit.  However, when going to our website to fill out the form, the form never submits.  When you press submit it just says "please wait".

    I was able to reproduce the same issue on my end. I'm also stuck on the 'Please wait..' message when I hit the Submit button.

    It is possible that the scripts on your web page are having conflicts with the scripts in the form. Please try to re-embed the form using the iFrame Method. Here's a user guide Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
