Form Field Information is missing from submissions

Information on forms is disappearing. I have emails proving I have added information that is later missing from jot form. 

Also, some forms are saving as a new form once edited. 

If I understand your issue correctly do you mean that your form submissions have fields that are missing but the emails received contain information that was in those missing fields? Or?

Can you provide us with an example form that you are having this issue with and show us a screenshot if possible of this for comparison? This way we can investigate the issue appropriately.
