The direct link has the updated form, but the embedded source code does not show the new form on my website or "preview" on jotform.Page URL:

I think the form is being cut-off. Please try re-embedding the form using this guide So which Form Embed should I Use? If you are using the iframe method, the resize bar sometimes does not work on particular web pages and you have to specify "Scrolling=yes" in the code before pasting it in the page.
Please inform us if this resolves it. Thanks.

I work on a Joomla platform and have already done this, but I will try again. The problem I have is that this form (and at least one other that is in use right now) are both not working. One, yes, but two. Not a coincidence. It seems to me that there is some reliability issue involved here. Until 3/23, my forms worked properly. Now they don't.
I didn't make any changes. So why would this happen? I would like an explanation.

May we know the website URL where your forms are currently embedded so we could inspect it here? Honestly, we don't have any changes on our end recently (or even if we had this should not affect users form). I believe there's a conflict of the scripts (or maybe the 2 form itself if they are embedded on the same page) on your site that might affect these forms intermittently. Please try my colleague, Jonathan above and let us know if the problem still persist after that so we'll take a look deeper into this.
I am truly sorry for the inconvenies. Please let us know if you have further questions. Have a great day to you!
