We've been having an issue with this form not going past the page where it's asking to upload a private key, even after hitting browse and adding the key. The key name shows up in the field but it just sits there:
I know what the answer is: "Use FireFox or Chrome"
The problem is we cannot just install another Browser because it is on a Terminal Server utilizing Citrix Desktop and every user in our facility will get the browser as well. The users MUST use IE, otherwise we will have people setting FireFox or Chrome as their default browser and it will break other programs in our system that depend on IE to display stuff.
Is there anyway we can fix this? Even if it is a Mickey Mouse solution we are willing to try it because it is only a handful of users trying to get encrypted submissions from JotForm.

You are correct, it does not work on IE, I just tried it in my IE11, and this error was given in console:
I will forward this to our second level for further help, you will be notified via this thread about any updates on this matter.

Thank you. I know this is an ongoing issue as I have read multiple posts about this but we are literally at wits end on trying to find some kind of work around. We are willing to try even unconventional methods to get it working on IE11 for this specific user ASAP otherwise we will be forced by our administration to find another solution. We really don't want to have to re-do all of our form submission stuff using another solution so ANY kind of workaround to get it to work on IE11 that 2nd level can come up with would be greatly appreciated. We are being pressed to fix this by end of week so I would really appreciate anything you guys can do otherwise we'll spend our weekend off working on implementing a new solution.

I tried a few workarounds, changing compatibility mode, changing emulation and user agent string, run without the add-ons, but they are all not working. I'm sorry, but would have to wait for our developers with this case. I will try to ask and check with them if they are now working on this. We'll let you know.

Sorry for the late update, but this issue is now resolved. You may now upload your private key and decrypt your submission using IE 11.
