Does Jotform work as a merchant service provider for Authorize.Net?

I have a form on a website where payments are accepted through Authorize.net. Does there need to be an additional service provider to process the payment?

We thought we were working through Authorize.net and Sage Payment Solutions but Sage Payment Solutions has no record of money going through; however, the money is still being sent to the proper bank account.

No, we are not providing merchant and processing services by ourselves. Our forms just forward the payment details to the Authorize.Net via their official APIs. In general, if you are able to accept payments through your Authorize.Net account, it usually means that you are ready to use the Authorize.Net integration on your JotForm based forms.
