    Hi there

    My JotForms are this morning not displaying on WordPress. Nothing has changed from my end.

    Please help ASAP. This is my busiest week of the month and we can't take any orders so it is seriously affecting my business. This is the second day in a row we've experienced an outage (yesterday we could still receive orders but customers received an error).

    I have tested your form and I can see it is being submitted fine, here is an image about what I got when submitted your form:

    Are you still experiencing the issue?

    If so, I would suggest you to embed your form using your iFrame method, this should avoid any inconvenient, here is the guide to get the iFrame code of your form: Getting-the-form-iFrame-code

    Please do get back to us if you still experience the issue, we will be glad to help you.

    Hi Kevin
    Thanks for your help. Yes the issue seems to have disappeared and now
    things are working fine. The iframe method doesn't work for me because my
    forms are so long - I've tried that before. Would be great if it could work
    because another problem I'm frequently having is half the form being cutoff
    i.e. not visible so a customer might start filling in the form but the
    submit button is not visible. Any tips on that would be great please. It's
    an intermittent problem. The fix is to republish in JotForms and repost the
    code on my WordPress page but not good that it keeps happening. thanks.

    I am glad to hear that issue is resolved. I have inspected your webpage and I saw that you have embedded your form with script code. Your form is not cut off. I was able to see submit button.

    If you have any other form that is cut off, please provide us URL of that webpage. If the form is cut off when you use iFrame code, you can try to increase height of your iFrame code. You can also try to set scrolling to yes, to see if that will resolve your issue.

    Example:

        <iframe

          id="JotFormIFrame"

          onDISABLEDload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)"

          allowtransparency="true"

          src="https://form.jotform.com/1234567890"

          frameborder="0"

          style="width:100%;

          height:539px;

          border:none;"

          scrolling="yes">

        </iframe>

     Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.

    Hi Joanna
    Thanks for your reply. My form has disappeared again. Here is a screenshot
    of my website www.downrightbrilliant.co.nz/orderform taken just now.

    Hello Shelley,

    I have just checked your page and I see the form properly. Can you try again and see if the problem persists?

    Thanks.

    Thanks. I heard from another source that JotForms had some downtime.
    :-( Your uptime has been <99% the last couple of days which is totally
    unacceptable. What is being done to mitigate this in future? Thanks.
