I would like to get some help with using themes or using the designer myself - do you have people that are JotForm certified that can help me make my form look stunning? Or that I can pay to design it and help me make it look spectacular? I want it to be able to be responsive to different screen sizes, have a gorgeous background pic etc. I've seen some of the themes (free and paid) that look great - I'm curious as to whether those themse are customisable or not, once applied to a form?

You can make your form responsive by adding Mobile Responsive widget to your form.

You can also style your form by Injecting Custom CSS codes:

It is also possible to style form inside of Form Designer. For more details, please check Form Designer Tutorial

We can also help you here on forum to style your form. If you have multiple questions please open separate thread for each question

You can also hire a developer on UpWork, if you want to pay someone to create and style your form.
