My Test Email Notifications Work, But I do Not receive Email Notifications

    The above link is my live registration form.  I have turned on my email notifications so that I can be notified when someone fills out my form, however, I entered information on the live form and hit "submit," but did not recieve an email about it.  I do, however, receive the "test" emails from the email notifications.  I am using a PayPal payment option with my form, and I wasn't sure if perhaps that has to be paid before I get a confirmation email?  I was thinking the "submit" button is what triggers the email notification to be sent out?  Please advise.

    Your are correct, We process the submission (ie. send emails, add to Submissions page) only after we receive a notification from the payment gateway.

    When a user submits your payment form we keep submission data in our database until the payment is completed.

    In order to acces to your pending submissions click on the submissions icon

    Go to My Forms page and select your Form  then  click the Submissions menu , as shown below.


    Click on Incomplete payments, as below:



    Here you have a snapshot of your pending submissions (I guess those are the tests you have sent to yourself)


    Using the wizard as shown above, you can “complete” a pending submission manually or “delete” it
