    Dear jotform,

I have checked all my forms and they are http based forms. All my forms are currently disabled due to https rule of 10 submissions per month. Could you enable my http forms that are not using the httpsecuce setting. I understand that I am allowed 100 submissions a month. What do I need to do otherwise?

    Hi there,

May we know the website URL where your forms are currently embedded so we could also check if everything runs on HTTP protocol?

Furthermore, I have re-activated your account and reseted your SSL Submissions. Take note, we can only do this once.

I would also suggest to re-embed your forms without checking the secure checkbox just to make it sure that you will not received SSL Submissions anymore.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you have further questions. Thanks for using JotForm!
