Why are hidden fields showing on a Email responder my customers get?

    I have hidden fields in my form,  and when the customer completes the form and recieves their copy of the form they filled out, all of my hidden fields are displaying, for the customer to see.

    Can I stop this on the customers copy from happening??

    You can hide the fields from displaying in the email by following this guide.

    The field should be set to Clear on submit option.

    Hi if i select CLEAR WHEN HIDDEN, the it will not map to my CRM as i need the info in those fields in order to create the contact / company application,


    so i need the info in the hidden fields however on the auto responder to the applicant i do not want them to see the hidden fields.


    is this possible?

    Actually, whatever fields in your form are automatically added on the autoresponder notification by default. However, you can edit your autoresponder and delete the field questions along with their field variables that you don't want to include on the autoresponder message. 

    To do that, just click on Emails icon while on the form builder. Then edit the Autoresponder.

    On the autoresponder message, just delete the questions you want.
