Mailchimp integration, only email field was collected

I have connected form Volare Gratis - Premium ITA both to Mailchimp and Stripe. When a user submits the form, payment data are collected into my Stripe account with no problem. As far as Mailchimp is concerned, though, only email address is collected in my list. Name, family name, and geographic area are not collected. During the integration process, Jotform wizard only asked me the list name, whereas I would expect it to ask me to combine form fields and list fields. How can I fix this issue? Thanks.

On your MailChimp Integration, you have only mapped the email address field. That's the reason why only the email field was captured.

Make sure to map the rest of the fields so their values will be passed to MC as well.
