How can I implement coupon through PayPal on my form?

I am trying to provide a space where someone can enter a unique coupon code on PayPal to receive a discount on a registration. I'm able to create the coupon through the integration wizard. However, when it uploads to the registration form on JotForm, all I see is the actual coupon code itself! Not a line that says, "enter coupon code here" or anything. How can I get it to that viewers will see "Enter Coupon Code Here" and know to enter the coupon code we are giving them into that box? (Also, I have to trust that it's applying the coupon code, but I'm not seeing that in the preview, either.)
