How can I get people to select items from a checklist and then rank those items?

    Hi there,

I don't have the online form built yet as I'm just working through the logistics of the PDF form that I'm converting to an online jotform form.

The piece of this PDF form that is stumping on how I would do it in jotform is shown in the screen shot attached. I would have to apply this solution to each area (Fall/Winter, Spring/Summer, Youth, etc) but for now I'm hoping you can help me sort out what can be done for the Fall/Winter items.

So basically in the online form I need people to select the checkboxes for the Fall/Winter programs that they wnat to volunteer for.  If they select more than 1 checkbox then I need the user to be able to rank those items.

I know there is a Reorder list widget but I haven't seen anything that combines the functionality that I'm looking for.

Any ideas on if Jotform can do this or what creative solutions are available?

    Thanks,

    Tanya

You can use Conditional logic of Jotform, and can create different conditions according to the requirement.

Please check the below article, which explains, how you can create conditions, for achieving different type of logics.
