I have a registration form that I made but I will not allow the name of the mother or father is the same as the guardian of the child. Is there any way to prevent two fields are filled with the same name? Thank you very much for the answers.

If I understood you correctly you want to prevent that same name is entered inside of two fields. This is possible to achieve, however I am not sure to which fields on your form you want to apply this, so i will make demo form to show you how this can be done.
To make this possible you will need to use Text box fields.
Then you can add one additional text field where you will write warning message to your users that same name can not be entered in both name fields.
Then you need to set condition inside of your form to show warning message and to hide Submit button if same name was entered twice.

Feel free to test it and clone it.
Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
