Embed form reports into the form

I have read the guide to be able to allow feedback on a form to show by adding an HTML box, but I cannot find the report button it says I need to click to set this up, or the power tools option. Where are they on the menu?

That guide is way to old :)

Those are from the older version of my forms page.

Anyway, here's a guide on how to create form reports with JotForm.

Regarding on the Free Text (HTML) field, it is now renamed to just "Text" which is found under the Basic Fields.
