Can the Highlighted headings fill colour be reset to white

Can the Highlighted headings fill colour be reset to white. I want to insert rows above the first row of data with a white fill not the same colour as the headings (pale green).

Can it be changed before the report is generated?  

I know it can be changed within the spread sheet but as the person accessing this is not that adept with spread sheets I was hoping to make their life a little easier.

If I understand you correctly, you have exported or created an excel report. You would like it automatically formatted. 

How to Export Form Data to Excel

Unfortunately this is not possible. If you would like to format the export report, you would require to do it manually after being exported.

The other option would be to integrate the form to google spreadsheet. Here you would be able to format the sheet, as long as no data is manipulated (this will break the integration).
