How can I edit the color scheme of my form?

When I tried to edit the color scheme of my form "SDONA Event Registration" it totally messed with the alignment.  Now all the fields were all squished onto the far left side of the form and I could not find any way to reset that to be the full width of the page.  

It seems there are several bugs and problems with your site right now.  I really need to edit that form ASAP so would appreciate some help on how to get back in, and then how to fix the alignment problem.

Sorry but I can't find your account. I checked our database using the email you provided but it is only associated with a guest account (red****sar@gmail.com).

That is the problem, I CAN'T LOG IN because I don't remember the password,
and I am not getting any password re-set email instructions!!

Also, I never got any response to my second question: How do I fix the
alignment on the current SDONA Event Registration form that I created.
When I changed the font color it made all the form boxes all shift to the
far left side of the form. It is all out of alignment.

The reset instructions have been sent to your email address. Have you checked your spam folder? If it's not there, whitelist our domain names as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender.
