How can I get jotform next to my video instead of below it?

Not really sure what you mean. What is the form you are referring to?

If you want to embed your form next to your video:

Simply get your form's embed code: https://www.jotform.com/help/34-Adding-a-form-to-a-web-page 

And embed it there between div tags. You may ask your designer to help you with that if you need it.
