I'm really disappointed in the customer service help. I pay a monthly fee and can't utilize a form because I get the run around and keep getting links to the same darn help link. Apparently you are not reading my question. I don't need shipping for each item. I don't need weight or flat rate for each item. My customers PICK UP. On rare occasions I have to ship and are you telling me when I have to ship I have to go in and edit my form for that particular customer then go back and edit for pick up customers. Jeeze. Thanks for nothing.

However, I can see you've recently opened 3 threads about shipping questions, I can also see you've received some help, but you never replied on these links:
You say that you do not want to calculate shipping always, could you please provide us an example about when you want to add a shipping value?
For example, it may be based on an answer, in the result of some calculation, in the number of items purchased, in the total amount to pay.
If this is the case then you will need to use conditions and change your payment integration to include this shipping cost.

But, please provide us more details about how do you want the shipping cost to be calculated, we will be glad to assist you to achieve that.
