    Post-submission alterations + PDF query

Asked by FMPHSE on March 28, 2012 at 05:52 AM

    Two quick questions...

    1) If I have a form with, for example, ten boxes; and someone completed 8 of them then 'submits' the form...is it then possible for them to access their submission and complete the remaining two boxes at a later date? Or is there a way to stitch two seperate form submissions into one?

    2) Is there any way to amend the layout of the PDF version of a submitted form? For example, I would like to add our company logo to the PDF version and use a different typeface and font size.

    Thank you.

    Question 1:

Yes they can save form and continue later; check this link for more updates http://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-to-Continue-Later

    question 2:

I dont think we have this feature of editing submitted pdf form, other than downloading it and using PDF2Word converter to change it, then add the logo and convert it back later.

My other colleagues may give their inputs on this issue, thanks for choosing Jotform!
