How to identify which website the submission came from?

Hi,

I have a JotForm responder on several websites, but when someone make a submission I can't see how to identify which website the submission came from.

Do you record this somewhere and how do I find out the source?

Add the Get Form Page URL widget in your form: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/get_form_page_url 

It detects the webpage where you embedded the form and provides the page URL each time the form is submitted.
