Is there a way to have the entire form and signatures emailed when form is completed?

    I was wondering if there was a way to have the entire form emailed including all of the filled in information when someone completes the form. When I am emailed the completed forms, I am only getting what is filled out and signed. Because I am running a photography business, I need proof of the wording on the contract at the time of the signature and I need to be able to print it all off.

    You can actually customize the email notification to your liking. Please use the editor's toolbar at the top to customize the email message. Just go to the notification editor to change the font size, type and colors.

    You can also enable the Attach PDF function so that you'll receive a copy of the submission as a PDF file.

    In order for the Texts and Headers to appear in the attached PDF, you need to enable the Show Headers and Texts in the submissions page. Here's a guide: How-to-show-headers-or-text-for-contracts-terms-agreements-in-the-PDF-format-of-a-submission

    I have it set to attach a PDF file, but when I send myself a test email it does not send the PDF. I also have it set to show headers and text for the pdf, but I am still confused as to why im not being sent the pdf in my test emails.

    I have cloned your form and I can see that the Notifier options "Send Uploads as Attachment" and "PDF Attachment" are both enabled. Before I made a test submission on the clone form, I have enabled the option "Show Headers and Texts" option from the submission page. I believe test submissions using the "Test Email" button in the email notification wizard of the builder page will not include PDF attachments in the email even if that option is enabled. You will have to fill up the form and make an actual test submission to your form. I made a test submission with the clone version of your form and I was able to get an email notification on my email address.
