On my Placenta order form we are having some troubles. When we view it online it won't show that they ordered extra products. However, when we print it, the extra product part will show up. This obviously is a glitch and is causing our business some hassle since we are not seeing the entire order.
Can you let me know what I can do?

I checked your forms and I didn't see any problems with the notifications and with the submissions. May I know what extra products are you referring to? Is it not appearing in the email notifications or in the submissions page? Please provide a screenshot if you can so that we can fully understand the issue.
