We have been processing registrations and collecting payments through the PayPal API through Jotform. People have been receiving confirmation emails but I don't see these payments reflected in PayPal. Can someone check on this for me?Page URL:

When the PayPal form is submitted and transaction is completed by the form user, it should be immediately reflected in your PayPal history.
Please note that unpaid submissions are placed into 'Incomplete Payments' category on submissions page. The transaction is Not processed when you complete such submission, more information is available in the next guide.
If this is not related to the 'Incomplete Payments' submissions, please let us know so we will be able to troubleshoot this further.
