Not able to receive form submissions on my Weebly website.

    Hi,

     

    I am using your forms in Weebly. It appears that the app is not working well with my website. I have two forms on my website.

    When I go to your website and check my forms, only one shows up. But I know that at one point I could see two of them.

    I have had someone tell me they submitted their form but it did not come through the address I provided. I also tried submitting my own form several times and they are not going through.


    Please help!

    The embedded form https://www.jotform.ca/form/61754740081252 I found in your website page  belongs to a Guest account only.

    Is this also your form? We can transfer it to your account/username gogreenbaby  if you like so that you can properly use the form.

    The submission email address used by the embedded form is not similar to your account email also. This means that the form submission email was bing sent to another email.

    Let us know if this is your form and want to add it correctly to your account.

    Oh yes please. Can we add it all together?
    I have received some responses for one of my forms, I am guessing it is under the account gogreenbaby?

    I have now moved the forms from the guest account into your account gogreenbaby so you should receive the submissions on your Exhibitor Application form successfully. If you need further assistance, please let us know. Regards.
