If utilizing one of the premade forms can I alter/omit any questions or add additional questions?

You can edit the labels of premade forms without any issue. You can also add a new field to your live forms. However, please note that if you remove or delete a certain field and you have previous submissions, then the data on that specific field will be removed from the previous submissions as well.
