I am trying to include a jotform in my FB ad and it won't allow it. Is there a way to do this?

You can use our Facebook embed guide, you can find it here, that will help you to embed your form into Facebook. It is pretty straightforward step by step guide.

I'm not sure if you already tried. If you did please let us know where did you stuck and we'll be glad to assist you.

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you!

Thanks, Nik_C . Unfortunately it doesn't work. The field i am trying to fill is designated a "url" field--so when I use the embed code it doesn't recognize it. when i hut the specific url in there--it doesn't recognize it and sends it to the general jotform page. I've also tried the link shorteners--and it doesn't allow those either.

I'm tempted to create a personal landing page to send the link to...but that would be a last resort. I would prefer to use the jotform page.

As I  can understand you can only share your form using the URL, this is why the embed method on the guide shared by my colleague above will not help you.

I think you are trying to share the link as it is shown when you're editing the form in the Form Builder and this is why it redirects to our main page.

To get the link to your form you can click first on the publish button, then once you get the wizard copy the link and share it:

Sometimes Facebook saves the data of a previously share form, it increases the load speed, this is why you might get some old info; however, if this is the case you can fetch the new information on this Facebook tool:

    https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/

Just enter the link, click on the debug button and it should show you the link info, in case that you still get the old info simply click on the button "Scrape Again" this will get the updated link info:

If it still does not help, please share us the link that you're trying to share,  we will be glad to check why it is not sharing the correct link.

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried it and this is the error message I get in adbuilder URL Not Found: We had trouble using the URL you provided. Please try again later. (fbtrace_id: Bnhyl5EHmTc)

Here is the custom link I am trying to use. It shows up on the ad form as form.jotform.com

    https://form.jotform.com/SaveFreeEarn/compare

I've tried removing the pictures on the form and that didn't make it any better.

    Thanks for all the help!

OK...I think it is working. Even though it says Form.Jotform.com on the last image of the FB ad--when I click on it in the mobile preview version it takes it to the form that I created. Hoping that it is also correct in the Desktop version. Thanks for all the help! Steep learning curve for some of these things!
