    My e-mail auto responder is not functioning. I do receive the test e-mail, but no e-mail after submission.

    Hello jpodde,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    I did check your form and found that you have not added any "Form Autoresponder" email alert. Your form only have a notifier but no auto-responder. Please check the screenshot below:


    I would suggest you to please go ahead and add a form auto-response email alert in form and that should solve your problem. The following guide should help you how to add form autoresponder:  https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder

    Good day,
    I added the autoresponder as per your instructions, but it is also not working.

    I have checked your form and its autoresponder, and I see that you've made three submissions after the autoresponder has been set up. All three attempts to send the autoresponder emails can be seen in your account's activity logs:


    I noticed that you are using your own SMTP server for sending the autoresponder emails, so we cannot have any detailed log entries for why exactly the emails couldn't be sent through your SMTP server.

    Please try using one of our default sender email options, such as noreply@jotform.com or noreply@formresponse.com, so that your emails are sent through our default system. This should ensure better deliverability of emails, in case there may have been any issues with the SMTP details you have entered when setting up SMTP for your emails.

    The following guide explains the preferred setup for email notifications in order to avoid most kinds of bouncing related issues with your emails:


    Please make the recommended change to the sender email of your notifications, and let us know should you experience any further troubles receiving your email notifications or autoresponders.
