We are not receiving emails from the form

    Good morning,

     

    when a form is being filled in, for some reason we have stopped receiving email notifications when this has been working fine previously. please advise.

    Two of the recipient emails in the form has been added to our bounce list.

    I've fixed this to our end. To prevent this from happening again in the future, please make sure to do the following to your end:

    1. Add noreply@jotform.com to your safe sender or contact list.

    2. Whitelist our list of IP Addresses and sending domains (https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses).

    These two are important to make sure that you'll receive the form emails in the form. We are blocked as you could see the reason so make sure we are whitelisted in your filter settings.
