We collect card details firstly and after that we charge the customer on our end after completion of the work.

To not automatically charge your users, you can enable "Authorization Only" which will allow you to manually charge users are a later date. Here's a guide about it: https://www.jotform.com/help/292-How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization
If the payment processor you are using is not in our payment integrations, then I'm sorry but there's no other way to integrate it to the form. We could send a feature request to our developers to integrate that payment processor that you have, but please note that we cannot guarantee that it will be implemented anytime soon, it depends on the current workload of our developers and the feasibility of the actual integration.
