Why my form is not mobile responsive?

I had contacted you last week but it doesn't look like you've had the chance to get back to me.

We just launched our new website - LopcoContracting.com

If you look at "Free Estimate" (Answer "No" to Previous Client", then proceed to Free Estimate" - You'll see the form is not appearing to be Mobile Responsive.

When I look at the preview on your website, it looks beautiful. Same within InfusionSoft.

I don't know what to do

Do I need to use a different Form/Theme?

Can you please try to termporarily remove the Mobile Responsive Widget and enable Reponsive Form in the Form Designer?

Then, try re-embedding the form. Let us know how it goes.
